The Company informs, through this Privacy Policy, on the processing and protection of the personal data of the users that may be collected through their browsing or contracting of services on this portal or by other means with the Company. The use of this website by users implies their acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Budget creation for the services offered by the responsible party and their subsequent commercial follow-up.

Legal basis and storage period:

The processing of the personal data provided by the user is carried out under the following legal bases that legitimise the same:

– The contracting of services requested to the Company, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to the user prior to any eventual contracting. In order to carry out this requested professional relationship, the interested party is obliged to provide their data. The data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship.

– Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, both in the sending of a curriculum, which is voluntary, in the case of sending you from the Company by email, sms or any other electronic means of marketing material (promotions, news and so on), and in the inclusion of your data in any section of this website, since after reading this Privacy Policy the user is informed and, if they agree, can accept it through a statement or a clear affirmative action, such as ticking a box provided for this purpose.

Upon termination of the assignment, the processor shall return the personal data to the Controller and delete any copies in its possession.
