  1. Active service 24 hours, 7 days a week in more than 10 languages.
  2. Telemedicine consultation with one of our doctors in no more than 20 minutes from the students’ accommodation.
  3. Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
  4. Ambulance transfer to the Hospital if the patient does not have the means to go.
  5. Bureaucratic management with the students international insurance to cover all the costs of the hospitalary attention.
  6. As far as possible, accompaniment and idiomatic translation to the student while its admission to hospital is taking place.
  7. Telemedicine, home doctor and hospital transfer services can be used indistinctly by students with or without medical insurance.
