The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Individual exterior room, very bright. Completely furnished: 90 cm bed, wardrobe, shelf, dresser, desk, chair, and reading lamp. It also has a fan and a heater. Community and water expenses are included in the price, but electricity, wifi, butane gas, Internet registry, and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants.

The flat is placed on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. Also, the apartment is spacious: it has 3 individual rooms and 1 double room, and two bathrooms. One of the individual rooms has a private bathroom and the other one is shared among 4 housemates. In addition, it has a spacious living room and the furniture is in very good condition, having an air conditioner appliance. The kitchen’s furniture is recent and is fully equipped: with fridge, microwave and washing machine. 10 minutes away from the Faculty of Filosofía y Letras. 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law and 1 minute away from the main bus stops.

Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
