It also includes two sets of towels, as well as a very complete furniture, with a wardrobe (see photo); bedside table; study table (120 x 80), armchair, flexo, wastebasket and a painting by Amadeo Modigliani. In addition, the clothes are delivered washed and ironed and in good used condition.
Secondly, the building where the apartment is located is in one of the best streets in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood, while the house has a total of 110 m2, on a third floor (without elevator), in a very four-story block. well preserved and with one residence per floor (see plan in the photos).
Finally, the price includes the costs of water, garbage collection, general expenses of the building, Internet and cleaning once a week of the common areas. However, electricity costs are paid as an extra among all tenants.

En función de la gravedad del caso, el médico puede derivar un facultativo al domicilio del alumno para una exploración presencial o derivarlo a nuestro hospital si necesita pruebas complementarias para un correcto diagnóstico de la dolencia. Puede ser que el caso no necesite más que la consulta de telemedicina por lo que el médico dará por cerrado el servicio enviando el informe de la consulta y las recetas electrónicas necesarias para que el estudiante adquiera los fármacos recetados en una farmacia.
Traslado en ambulancia a nuestro hospital si el paciente no tiene como acudir.
Gestión burocrática con el seguro internacional del estudiante para cubrir los costes de la atención hospitalaria.
En la medida de lo posible, acompañamiento y traducción idiomática al estudiante durante su estancia en el hospital.
El servicio de telemedicina, médico a domicilio y traslado a nuestro hospital pueden utilizarlo indistintamente estudiantes con o sin seguro.
