Interior double room, with private bathroom, for the exclusive use of the people who occupy the room. It is fully furnished: two beds of 90; a very large closet; two nightstands; a study table with two chairs; a study lamp and bookshelf. In addition, the bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and two sinks. The house also has a portable heater. On the other hand, the community expenses are included in the price, but the bills for Wi-Fi, electricity, water, butane gas, as well as the costs of set-up and Internet installation are paid separately among all tenants.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and has 4 bedrooms (3 singles and 1 double) and two bathrooms (1 shared and one private for the double room). It is fully furnished; with outside lounge; a small terrace and very bright, with television. Likewise, the kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, including a washing machine, microwave, oven and refrigerator, as well as having plenty of storage space. The block is located about 9 minutes walk from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; about 5 minutes walking from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; approximately 25 minutes walking from the Faculty of Law; 8 minutes walk from the city center; 50 meters from the bus stops, connected to different university areas and other points of interest in Córdoba.

Consulta de telemedicina con uno de nuestros médicos en no más de 20 minutos desde el propio alojamiento del estudiante.
En función de la gravedad del caso, el médico puede derivar un facultativo al domicilio del alumno para una exploración presencial o derivarlo a nuestro hospital si necesita pruebas complementarias para un correcto diagnóstico de la dolencia. Puede ser que el caso no necesite más que la consulta de telemedicina por lo que el médico dará por cerrado el servicio enviando el informe de la consulta y las recetas electrónicas necesarias para que el estudiante adquiera los fármacos recetados en una farmacia.
Traslado en ambulancia a nuestro hospital si el paciente no tiene como acudir.
Gestión burocrática con el seguro internacional del estudiante para cubrir los costes de la atención hospitalaria.
En la medida de lo posible, acompañamiento y traducción idiomática al estudiante durante su estancia en el hospital.
El servicio de telemedicina, médico a domicilio y traslado a nuestro hospital pueden utilizarlo indistintamente estudiantes con o sin seguro.
