The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Exterior single room with private balcony and double bed 135×190, very bright and ideal for studying. It is fully furnished: 135 cm bed; wardrobe; bookshelf; armchair; desk and chair. It also has a portable heater. The price also includes community fees and water. However, the costs of Wi-Fi, electricity, butane gas and Internet connection and installation are not included and must be paid equally by all tenants.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and has 4 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The living room includes television, portable heater and a very well cared for furniture. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The block is located about 5 minutes walk from the train station; about 8 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts; a 25-minute walk from the Faculty of Law; 7 minutes from the city centre and next to the main bus stops.
