Room with double bed, interior and very bright, quiet and ideal for studying. All the furniture is new and modern, from Ikea: 135cm bed, mirror, desk, chair, study lamp, bookshelf and bedside table. Central heating and air conditioning. The price of the room includes community fees and water. Electricity, gas and Internet expenses will be paid monthly among all colleagues. It will be necessary to make a civil liability and fire insurance that will be paid equally between all colleagues.

The apartment is on the fifth floor and has an elevator. Also, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 double (one with a balcony), 1 single and 2 shared bathrooms. In addition, the flat was completely renovated in June 2021, and all the furniture is new, from Ikea, also from the same month. It has both central heat and air conditioning.
