The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Exterior room, very bright. Fully furnished: it has a double bed of 135x190cm, a large wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers. It has a portable heater and a balcony overlooking the street. The community fees and water are included in the price, but the cost of electricity, Wi-Fi and butane gas are paid separately between all tenants. Likewise, the Internet connection and installation (to be paid only once) will also be paid separately between all the roommates.

The flat is located on the 5th floor. The building has a lift. The flat is very spacious, has 4 single rooms and two bathrooms. One of the single rooms has a private bathroom, and the other bathroom is shared with the other three rooms. The flat has air conditioning in the living room, and ceiling fans in several of the rooms. It has a spacious living room and furniture in very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave and washing machine. 10 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, 5 minutes from the city centre, 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law, 1 minute from the main bus stops.

Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
Ambulance transfer to the Hospital if the patient does not have the means to go.
