The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Bright room, exterior, with views of the Juan Carlos I Park. It is fully furnished: with a 90 cm single bed; bedside table; desk; chair; study lamp; wardrobe and bookshelf. Also, the furniture is modern and has a portable heater. On the other hand, community and water expenses are included in the price, but Wi-Fi, electricity, natural gas and Internet installation and installation bills must be paid separately among all tenants.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator. It houses 4 single rooms and two shared bathrooms, and is fully furnished. The living room has views to the outside (to the park) and is very bright, with television and portable heater. In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The block is located about 6 minutes walk from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; a 5 minute walk to the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; approximately 25 minutes walking from the Faculty of Law; 8 minutes walking from the city center, and next to the main bus stops, connected to different university areas and other points of interest in Córdoba.

Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
