Individual exterior room, with a balcony, very bright and with private bathroom to be used only by the student who occupies it. Completely furnished with new furniture: single size bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, desk lamp, shelf and bedside table. The community expenses are included in the price. The wifi, electricity, water, natural gas and internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants. It will be necessary to take out a civil liability and fire insurance that will be paid between all the tenants.

The flat is placed on a 6th floor. The building has elevator. It has 3 single rooms, one of these has a private bathroom and the other two have a shared bathroom. The flat is completely new and the furniture and everything is in excellent conditions. It has central heating and air conditioner. The living room is very spacious, very bright, with TV and has a balcony with amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. 9 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 5 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 5 minutes away from the city center. 3 minutes away from the main bus stops.
