Individual interior room, quiet and bright. Completely furnished: single size bed, desk, desk lamp, shelf, two wardrobes, one of which is a built-in wardrobe, and a chair. Space heater. The community expenses are included in the price. The electricity, wifi, water and internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants.

Spacious flat, placed on the 6th floor. The building has elevator. The flat has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one of these is shared for 3 of the rooms and the other is private and to be used only by the person who occupies the room). It has a very spacious and bright living room, completely furnished, with space heater and a balcony with amazing views to the old city. The kitchen has microwave, fridge and washing machine. 10 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 2 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 20 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 7 minutes away from the city center. 5 minutes away from the main bus stops. 5 minutes away from Ciudad Jardín.
