Room with a double bed, exterior and very bright, with access to a private balcony facing the street that connects with the living room. All the furniture is new and modern, from Ikea: 135cm bed, mirror, desk, chair, study lamp, bookcase and bedside table. Central heating and air conditioning. The price includes community fees. The apartment is on a 4th floor. The building has an elevator. The flat has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms to share. It has been completely renovated in August 2022 and all the furniture is new, from Ikea. The kitchen is also new and has a refrigerator, washing machine and microwave.
