The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Room with double bed, interior, but very bright. All the furniture is new and modern, from Ikea: 135cm bed, mirror, desk, chair, study lamp, bookcase and bedside table. Central heating and air conditioning. The price of the room includes community fees. However, the bills for water and electricity, butane gas, Wi-Fi and the registration and installation of the Internet must be paid separately among all the tenants of the house. In the same way, it will be necessary to take out civil liability and fire insurance that will be paid equally among all the companions.

Main characteristics of the house:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and the building has an elevator. The house has 4 bedrooms (two with a double bed and the other two with a single bed), as well as two bathrooms to share. In August 2022 it was completely renovated, including new furniture purchased from Ikea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The location is ideal, and there is a large Mercadona supermarket just in the back street, 1 minute walk. The RENFE station is 5 minutes away on foot, and the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters is 8 minutes away. Plaza de Costa Sol is 200 meters away, full of shops, cafes and bars, as well as several bus stops.
