The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Room with single bed, interior and very bright, quiet and ideal for studying. All the furniture is new and modern, from Ikea: 90cm bed, mirror, desk, chair, study lamp, bookshelf and bedside table. Central heating and air conditioning. The room price includes community fees. However, the expenses of water, electricity and Internet will be paid monthly between all the companions. In addition, the house is completely electric, so there is no need to pay gas. It will be necessary to make a civil liability and fire insurance that will be paid equally between all colleagues.

The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator, with 4 bedrooms, two double (one with a balcony) and two singles, plus two shared bathrooms. The flat was completely renovated in August 2021, and all the furniture is new and modern, from Ikea. It has central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is also equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven and microwave. It is located in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood: just 2 minutes walk from the Mercadona supermarket; about 8 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; about 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law, and 5 minutes from the Córdoba Train Station.
