The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Single room for international university students, interior, but very bright. It has a 135-centimetre bed and modern furniture, purchased from Ikea in summer 2022. Among other things, it includes a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, a chair, a study lamp, a shelf above the bed and a bedside table. In short, everything necessary for the student to have a wonderful stay. The flat also has ceiling fans in all rooms. The price shown includes the community fees, but the cost of electricity, water and internet must be paid equally by all tenants.

General characteristics of the property:

This is a flat with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on a third floor without lift. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed (135 cm), while the other one has a 105 cm bed. The rooms are interior, but very bright, as they open onto a patio that receives a lot of light. The flat was refurbished at the end of summer 2022 and all the furniture is new, from Ikea. The kitchen is very well equipped, with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine. The main living room is very spacious, with a dining table, a sofa, armchairs and a TV cabinet. In terms of location, as it is in the Ciudad Jardín neighbourhood, the area is full of small shops, supermarkets and entertainment venues, such as pubs and restaurants. It is ideal for those students who need to go to the University of Loyola or the University of Philosophy and Letters, as the latter is a 6-minute walk away. The centre of Cordoba is also a 10 minute walk away, and there are bus stops nearby. The main leisure areas of the neighbourhood, such as Plaza de Costa Sol or Camino de Los Sastres street, are 200 metres away.
