Situated in the city center, only a few meters away from the main pedestrian streets and shopping areas of Córdoba, like the Avenida del Gran Capitán, characterized by its terraces, pubs, bars and shops, El Corte Inglés, the most important department stores in Spain, and the Cruz Conde street, a pedestrian street with plenty of shops that connects Avenida de Ronda de los Tejares with the beautiful Tendillas Square, the neuralgic center of Córdoba, one of the meeting points for young people. In less than 5 minutes walking is possible to get to the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral, and other historical quarters like Santa Marina, San Andrés, San Lorenzo and the Corredera Square, one of the major meetings points for the locals because it has plenty of bars and terraces to eat tapas. From the city center it is possible to move easily around the city because you can get any bus line.

Interior room with private bathroom for international students It has a double sized bed (150 cms) and private bathroom. All the furniture is new, of modern style, bought in IKEA on the summer of 2022. Among other things, it has a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, a chair, study lamp, a shelf and a bedside table. In essence, it has all the necessary items so that a student may have a great stay. Besides, the flat has central air conditioner and central heating by natural gas radiators. The price of the room includes all the water and community expenses. However, the expenses of electricity/energy, natural gas and wifi have to be paid as an extra by all the tenants. Besides, it would be necessary to take our a civil liability and against fire insurance that will be paid equally by the flatmates.

General characteristics of the flat:

It is a flat with 5 rooms, all these have a double sized bed and three bathrooms, living room and kitchen. One of the bathrooms is for private use for one of the rooms, the 10301 and the other two bathrooms are shared, one by the rooms 10302 and 10303 and the other by the rooms 10304 and 10305. The flat is very quiet and not noisy. With regards to temperature it is fresh in summer and very warm in winter. The rooms face to three patios and to the street. Room 1 faces to a patio, room 2 to other patio and rooms 3 and 4 face to a private inner patio. The room 5 faces to the street. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramics, fridge and washing machine. The flat is located at the city center, less than 1 minute walking to the main shopping streets of Córdoba, having most services less than 5 minutes, like supermarkets, bars, terraces, shops and a mall (El Corte Inglés). Most bus stops are less than 1 minute walking, in Avenida Ronda de los Tejares and these buses are connected to all the points of Córdoba.
