The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Individual exterior room, very bright. Completely furnished: 90 cms bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp and bedside table. Community and water expenses are included in the price, but Wifi, electricity, butane gas and internet registry and installation expenses have to be paid as an extra.

Apartment located in Costa Sol square, in the heart of the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood. The apartment has an elevator and is very bright in all rooms. The apartment has two bathrooms to share between the tenants. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven and refrigerator. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, as well as in all rooms except for No. 2. It is located just 6 minutes walk from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; 5 minutes walking from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; about 30 minutes walking from the Faculty of Law; approximately 8 minutes walking from the city center, and 50 meters from the main bus stops, connected to different university areas and other points in Córdoba.

Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
