The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Exterior double room, very bright and spacious. Completely furnished: two beds of 90 cm, a wardrobe, a shelf, a couch, a desk and a chair. Portable heater and ceiling-fan. The price includes community and water expenses, but the wifi, electricity, butane gas and Internet registry and installation expenses are not included in the price and are paid equally between all the tenants.

The flat is on a first floor and has 3 rooms and a shared bathroom. In addition, the living room has a TV, air conditioner, portable heater, and completely new furniture. Also, the kitchen is equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. It is 5 minutes walking from the train station, 8 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy, 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law, 7 minutes walking from the city centre and 1 minute away from the main bus stops.
