The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Exterior single room, very bright. Completely furnished with new furniture: 90 cm bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp, bookshelf and bedside table. On the other hand, the price includes community fees, but Wi-Fi, electricity, water and Internet installation and installation bills are paid separately among all tenants.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. It has 3 individual rooms, of which 1 has its own private bathroom, while the other 2 share the second bathroom. The apartment has a modern look, as well as its furniture, and is in excellent condition. It has central heating and air conditioning; the living room is very spacious, very bright, exterior, with TV, and has a balcony with spectacular views. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped: with washing machine, refrigerator, oven and microwave. It is located about 9 minutes walk from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; about 5 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; approximately 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law; 5 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the nearest bus stops.
