Room equipment and flat description:

First, a double bed (135 x 190) with 2 pillows and 1 pillow; 1 fiber duvet 350 gr / m2 (Paradies brand); 2 duvet covers; 2 fitted sheets; heating pad and blankets. It also includes two sets of towels, as well as a very complete furniture, with a wardrobe (see photo); bedside table; study table (120 x 80), armchair, flexo, wastebasket and a painting by Gustav Klimt. In addition, the clothes are delivered washed and ironed and in good used condition.

Secondly, the building where the apartment is located is in one of the best streets in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood, while the house has a total of 110 m2, on a third floor (without elevator), in a very four-story block. well preserved and with one residence per floor (see plan in the photos).

Finally, the price includes the costs of water, garbage collection, general expenses of the building, Internet and cleaning once a week of the common areas. However, electricity costs are paid as an extra among all tenants.

In addition to all this, the following general equipment is included:

Telemedicine consultation with one of our doctors in no more than 20 minutes from the students’ accommodation.
Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
Ambulance transfer to the Hospital if the patient does not have the means to go.
Bureaucratic management with the students international insurance to cover all the costs of the hospitalary attention.
As far as possible, accompaniment and idiomatic translation to the student while its admission to hospital is taking place.
Telemedicine, home doctor and hospital transfer services can be used indistinctly by students with or without medical insurance.
