The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

It is a room with an exterior single bed, very quiet and ideal for university students. It is fully furnished and includes a 90 cm long bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a shelf. It also includes a portable heater and a ceiling fan (it does not have air conditioning or heating). As for expenses, the price of the room only includes the community and water. However, the bills for electricity, Wi-Fi, butane gas, and the registration and installation of the Internet (only once) must be paid separately by all the roommates.

Main characteristics of the house:

The apartment is located in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood, on the 4th floor, without an elevator. It consists of three single rooms, a shared bathroom, a living room (with ceiling fan and television), and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. The house is an 8-minute walk from the Córdoba train station, with a connection to the Rabanales Campus; 6 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law; 10 minutes from the city center, and just 2 minutes from the main bus stops.

Depending on the severity of the case, the doctor could derive a facultative to the students house for a more personal assistance, or address him/her to our hospital if any further or complementary tests are needed for a correct diagnostic of the condition. The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
Ambulance transfer to the Hospital if the patient does not have the means to go.
