The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.

Interior single room, very quiet and ideal for studying. It is fully furnished: 90 cm bed; wardrobe; shelving; armchair; desk and chair. It also has a portable heater. Also, the price includes community and water costs. However, the costs of Wi-Fi, electricity, butane gas and Internet setup and installation are not included and must be paid equally by all tenants.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, it has 4 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The living room includes television, portable heater and very neat furniture. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator. The block is located about 5 minutes walking from the train station; about 8 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; a 25-minute walk from the Faculty of Law; 7 minutes from the city center and next to the main bus stops.
