Going to the swimming pool during your Erasmus in Cordoba<\/h1>\n

Summer is here in Cordoba! We know that sometimes it might be a little bit hard to handle the heat of the city. At Interasmundo, we think about you, in this post you\u2019ll find all the necessary information to enjoy the good weather in Cordoba and going to the swimming pool.<\/p>\n

\"Erasmus-cordoba-verano\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Municipal pools:<\/h2>\n

1. Santuario pool:<\/h3>\n

In the Santuario\u2019s pool<\/strong><\/a>,<\/u><\/strong> you will enjoy 4 swimming pools and a great field of about 10 000m2<\/sup>. It\u2019s the biggest pool in town, and the sunniest. The pool is open from Monday to Friday from 11am to 9pm and weekends from 10am to 9pm. The price changes in depending on the day: 7.80\u20ac from Monday to Friday, 6\u20ac if you go after 4pm and 10.30\u20ac the weekends and public holidays, 8.10\u20ac if you go after 4pm.It opens on 1st on June.<\/p>\n

2. Fuensanta pool:<\/h3>\n

The Piscina Municipal Fuensanta<\/strong><\/a> has 3 pools. The opening hours are: from Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm and to 9pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Prices haven’t been published yet, but to have an idea, last year they were 4.20\u20ac for the entrance on working days and 5\u20ac on weekends.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Marbella pool:<\/h3>\n

In the South area of C\u00f3rdoba, you can find the Piscina Marbella<\/strong><\/a>. <\/u><\/strong>You will enjoy 2 pools for cooling off. The opening hours are from 11am to 8pm on working days and from 10am to 8pm on weekends. The price haven’t been published yet neither, but last year they were the same than for the Fuensanta Municipal pool.<\/p>\n

Both Fuensanta Municipal\u00a0Piscina and Calle Marbella Piscina open the second week of June.<\/p>\n

University Pools:<\/h2>\n

Piscina de Rabanales, de la Universidad de C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong><\/a>. This pool is well-known by the students of the University of C\u00f3rdoba, it\u2019s open from Mondays to Thursdays from 11am to 8pm and from 11am to 9pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The price is 5\u20ac on working days and 7.85\u20ac on weekends. It opens on 9th of June.<\/p>\n

Gym Pools:<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re member of a gym<\/a>, you can enjoy its swimming pools:<\/p>\n

1. San Cayetano:<\/h3>\n

Piscina del Centro Deportivo Municipal San Cayetano<\/strong><\/a> (Go Fit).<\/strong>
\nIt is open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 11am to 8pm; and Sundays and public holidays, from 11am to 7:30pm.It opens the third week of June.<\/p>\n

2. Open Arena:<\/h3>\n

Piscina Open Arena<\/strong><\/a>
\nOpen from Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 9pm and Saturdays and Sundays, from 11pm to 8pm. It opens the 1st of June.<\/p>\n

\"Erasmus<\/a>
\nIn C\u00f3rdoba, we also have water parks, which are perfect if you want to live new experiences before the end of your Erasmus.<\/p>\n

Water park pools:<\/h2>\n

Piscina ASSUAN<\/strong>,<\/a>
\nOpens on 2nd June. Opening hours: From Mondays to Sundays (public holidays too), from 11am to 8pm.
\nOn working days it has a price of 8\u20ac. Sundays and festive days, 10\u20ac.<\/p>\n

Aquasierra<\/strong><\/a>:
\nOpening day: 16th June. Opening\u00a0hours: Everyday from 11am to 8pm.
\nPrice for an entire day: 13.50\u20ac, from 4pm: 8\u20ac.
\nTo go there, you have to take the M-221 bus line provided by LineSur company from the bus station to Villafranca (C\u00f3rdoba). You have to get off at “Calle-La-Encina” stop and walk to Aquasierra.
\nSpecial buses are leaving from the station directly to Aquasierra everyday at 10:30am and returning back at 8:30pm.<\/p>\n
