All the furniture is new, of modern style, bought in IKEA on the summer of 2022. Among other things, it has a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, a study lamp, a bedside table and a shelf. In essence, it has all the necessary items so that a student may have a great stay. Besides, the flat has central air conditioner and central heating by natural gas radiators. The price of the room includes community and water expenses. However, the expenses of electricity\/energy, natural gas and wifi have to be paid as an extra by all the tenants. It is a flat with 5 rooms, all these have a double sized bed and three bathrooms, living room and kitchen. One of the bathrooms is for private use for one of the rooms, the 10301 and the other two bathrooms are shared, one by the rooms 10302 and 10303 and the other by the rooms 10304 and 10305. The flat is very quiet and not noisy. With regards to temperature it is fresh in summer and very warm in winter. The rooms face to three patios and to the street. Room 1 faces to a patio, room 2 to other patio and rooms 3 and 4 face to a private inner patio. The room 5 faces to the street. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramics, fridge and washing machine. The flat is located at the city center, less than 1 minute walking to the main shopping streets of C\u00f3rdoba, having most services less than 5 minutes, like supermarkets, bars, terraces, shops and a mall (El Corte Ingl\u00e9s).
